Triathlon is a sport that only has three events, cycling, swimming and running. The rules are don’t ride your bike in transition or you will get a 10 second penalty. You need to train for the events so when you start you have energy. You can sprint hard, ride hard and swim fast. Do not give up at running and cycling and swimming or cheat at triathlon or you will be disqualified from the triathlon.
